Ferrous Metal Recycling Operations
Our ferrous metal recycling operations are supported by our own collection and processing facilities. This allows us to manage recyclable materials more efficiently, from sourcing and receiving to processing and supply.
1. Receiving / Collection
Ferrous materials.
2. Weighing
Truck carrying loads are weighed before proceeding for inspection.
3. Inspection & Verification
Materials are inspected and graded based on their quality and impurities. Materials fail inspection or dangerous materials will be refused.
4. Uploading Materials
Operator will inspect the materials while unloading. Unsuitable materials will be refused.
5. Sorting & Processing
The materials are sorted or separated based on their grade and processing method. Larger size of materials will be reduced to manageable sizes of materials for logistic efficiency.
6. Sale To Steel Mill
Processed scrap metal is supplied to trusted steel mills, supporting efficient steel production, resource recovery and a more circular economy.
